Thursday is a great day to fly in to maximize your time in Bozeman and see some of the surrounding areas.

Rehearsal dinner for wedding party.

When:

• 4 p.m. - Bus departs from the Kimpton Hotel in downtown Bozeman.

• 5 p.m. - Party begins

What to Wear:

• Be prepared to be outdoors.

• The weather will be chilly, especially once the sun sets at around 6:30 p.m.

• Casual Western wear is encouraged, such as blue jeans, boots and hats!

• Photographers and videographers will be capturing the event.

• 4:30 p.m. - Buses depart from the Kimpton hotel

• 5 p.m. - Ceremony begins in the garden

• 5:30 p.m. - Cocktail hour in the tent

• 6:30 p.m. - Dinner in the tent

• 11 p.m. - Buses return to the Kimpton Hotel

• 11:30 p.m. - Afterparty

What to Wear:

• Ceremony will be outdoors.

• The weather can be as cold as 30 degrees or as warm as 60 degrees.

• We will be on grass, so wear boots or other appropriate footwear.

• The reception will be in a heated tent with walls.

We'll take a group tour of Yellowstone National Park on Sunday morning.
